Strawberry Mojito: Your Choice of rum muddled with fresh mint, lime and sugar syrup, topped with crushed ice.
Raspberry Mojito: Your choice of rum muddled with fresh mint, raspberries and sugar syrup, topped with crushed ice.
The Morgan Champagne Cocktail: Archer’s peach Schnapps, Hennessey Cognac, Framboise and a dash of raspberry puree topped with champagne.
Caipirinha: Sagatiba pura Cachaca mixed with muddled sugar, lime and served over crushed ice.
Martini: Kettle one vodka or Tanqueray gin stirred with vermouth coated ice and strained into a martini glass.
Sour apple martini: Kettle one vodka, sour apple liquer and apple puree shaken with ice and strained into a martini glass.
Chili Choc Martini: Kettle one vodka, Cointreau, coffee liquer, chilli and fresh cream shaken and served straight up.
Archangel: Captain Morgan rum, Archer’s peach Schnapps, Sagatiba, pineapple juice, strawberry puree with muddled basil leaves chilled over ice and served in a Collins glass.
The Very Berry: Kettle one vodka, crème de mure, blackberry puree, fresh winter berries and limejuice served over crushed ice.
The Long Island Iced Tea: Vanilla vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila ,cointreau, lime juice sugar syrup shaken and served over crushed ice, and topped with coke.
