35ml Ketel
15ml Cointreau
15ml Cranberry Juice

Shake over ice and strain into a chilled Martini glass, and garnish with a flaming orange rind.

The Morgan Ink Martini

35ml Ketel One Citroen® vodka
20ml Blue Curacao liqueur
15ml Archers Peach Schnapps
15ml Cranberry Juice

Prepare and garnish as above.

 
The Morgan French Martini

35ml Ketel One vodka
20ml Chambord Liquor
15ml Pineapple juice

Shake over ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

The Classic Morgan Mojito

35ml Bacardi Oro
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Simple or sugared Syrup
10 Mint leaves
3-4 Cubes of Brown sugar

Muddle Brown sugar, fresh lime & syrup add Bacardi Oro, shake with crushed ice and serve.

The Morgan Champagne Cocktail
50 Bollinger Champagne
10ml Peach Schnapps
10ml Framboise
10 Hennessy Cognac
1 splash raspberry puree

Add ingredients to a long champagne flute and top with Champagne
