Classic Morgan Mojito
Fresh limes, muddled with mint and sugar, topped up with Bacardi Oro & crushed ice

Cosmopolitan
Ketel One vodka, Cointreau, lime juice and a splash of cranberry juice, shaken over ice and served in a chilled. Martini glass, garnished with an orange flame.

Strawberry Daiquiri
No blending required, fresh strawberries, Bacardi, lime juice, sugar with a dash of orange liqueur - the taste of summer. Served 'up' in a Martini glass without any ice.

Raspberry Mojito
Bacardi Oro, muddled with fresh raspberries, mint & limes, topped with fromboise liqueur.

Expresso Martini
Kahlua mexican liqueur and Smirnoff Vanilla vodka, shaken vigorously with a shot of steaming expresso. A perfect pick me-up to boost your day!

Raspberry Chocolate Martini
One for the ladies! Fresh raspberries, vanilla vodka, creme de cacao and a dash of cream

Appletini
Ketel One vodka, sour apple liqueur and apple puree. Red or green apple, you decide!

Nationale
Muddled pineapple, apricot brandy and Bacardi Oro, lengthened with pineapple juice and served in a champagne glass.

Classic Bacardi Daiquiri
The classic daiquiri - Bacardi Superior, fresh lime juice and sugar. Delicately added together and shaken until ice cold.

Morgan Bubbles
Elderflower liqueur blended with mango puree and lemon juice poured into an ice filled Fitzpatrick Wine Glass, topped up with bubbles.
