Classic Morgan Mojito
Fresh limes, muddled with mint and sugar, topped up with Bacardi Gold & crushed ice
Cosmopolitan
Citron vodka, Cointreau, lime juice and a splash of cranberry juice shaken over ice and served in a chilled martini glass, garnished with an orange slice.
Strawberry Daiquiri
Fresh strawberry, Bacardi, lime juice, sugar with a dash of orange liqueur. Taste the summer. Served 'up' in a martini glass without any ice, or frozen in a highball glass.
Raspberry Mojito
Bacardi Gold, muddled with fresh raspberries, mint & limes, topped with fromboise liqueur.
Chilli Choc Martini
Vodka, Cointreau, coffee liqueur, chilli and a fresh layer of cool cream. Has to be tried to be believed.
Raspberry Chocolate Martini
One for the ladies! Fresh raspberries, vanilla vodka, creme de cacao and a dash of cream

Bacardi, elderflower cordial, sugar and lime juice combined for this delicious summer cocktail.
