"Well Worth The Money!"
22 April 2013
Worth the money and more! We had a great time at the hotel! The design is very modern and clean, and the bad was really comfy!
And Paula the receptionist was really nice and kind!
I'll definitely recommend the morgan hotel!
"Can't Get Better"
17 April 2013
The Morgan is now our place to stay when in Dublin. It is right in Temple bar within walking distance from Grafton and O'Connell St and surrounded by pubs and restaurants. Could not get a better location.
The staff are always so friendly and efficient, we arrived early on one day (too early for check-in) but the reception staff still took our bags and gave us our room keys so that we could go out and about and didn't have to check in when we returned.
This is a real funky hotel with quirky fixtures and fittings - the decor is exceptional throughout. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Have never been disappointed and would highly recommended to everyone. Can't wait for our next visit.
"Our Home In Dublin"
6 April 2013
The Morgan is the only place we'll stay in Dublin! The location is perfect, right in Temple Bar and walking distance to everything. The rooms are great, beds wonderful, and the staff is always super helpful. We had a one-bedroom suite, which was perfect for the three of us. Huge room with a little kitchen/bar area. My friends arrived super late to the hotel, and I called ahead to see if they could have food and wine waiting for them. The guys at the desk took care of everything and were very sweet. The bar downstairs is a great place to kick off the night. I highly recommend the Morgan to anyone visiting Dublin who wants to be in the middle of the action and have a stylish, comfortable place to come back to after romping around this amazing city
"An Amazing Hotel"
3 April 2013
I stayed in the Morgan in February and I cannot fault it. The staff do an exceptional job, the rooms were immaculate and the location is brilliant. The products left in the room were lovely. I did not eat in the hotel so I cannot comment on the food but the hotel itself is extraordinary.
26 March 2013
Stayed in the hotel last weekend and it was fabulous ! Staff at reception greeted us very warmly and were very efficient and told us about all the services they provided. Rooms were amazing, we stayed in the one bedroom suite, very good value ! Room service was very fast and food delicious and they have a very lively bar downstairs so you dont have to even leave the hotel. although we loved it if you are looking for a quiet break the night life of the hotel may not suit you . Will definitely return !!!
"Perfect - And That Never Happens"
21 March 2013
We were 6 ladies for a short weekend in Dublin. The location was perfect, service amazing and the rooms were very good value. This is a must stay at hotel if you are in Dublin. They took care of everything for us and even called a cab back to the airport, packed the bags in a cab in order to allow us to have one last drink at the bar..
18 March 2013
We flew into Dublin for our first visit to Ireland and when considering where we would stay for 3 nights over the St Patrick's celebrations, we considered all options available that met our requirements, these being: central to the pub scene of Dublin; comfort with a touch of luxury; great service. The Morgan ticks all of these boxes. As you can imagine St Pat's weekend in Dublin is an epic experience and the Temple Bar district was full with revellers at varying stages of intoxication. Despite this we found the entire experience an excellent one because when it got too much for us, we sought the quiet sanctuary of our room within The Morgan. The standout feature of this hotel is the service from it's staff. Every single person working here including the room staff and the bouncers on the door were super efficient and very quick witted. We loved the service the most and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to experience Dublin's pub heart. The hotel is also within easy walking distance to all major sites in Dublin city. Love it.
"Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Dublin"
13 March 2013
I have been staying here for few day every week since Feb. I didnt expect the hotel to be so convenient and comfortable.
1. Very centrally located - every place within walking distance
2. Loads of food option around - the hotel is in the heart of Temple Bar- plenty of Bars and restaurants to choose from
3. The Hotel bar and restaurant is also very nice
4. The rooms are awesome - not like assembly lines rooms of big chain hotels.
5. Very fast personal wifi in each room - included in the price
6. The hotel staff are very friendly. The lady recognised me on my second trip and handed over the room key straight away - no lengthy check in process.
One week I did not get reservation here and had to stay somewhere more expensive hotel - I missed Morgan.
Thanks Guys. you Rock
3 March 2013
stayed here for one night recently on a short trip to Dublin. The location is central to Temple Bar, but near enough to walk to Dublin city itself. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable and of a good size. Definitely try the 'Morgan Mojito' wonderful and tasty! Would definitely stay again.
"Fabulous Anchor for Ireland Visit"
25 February 2013
Hop off the plane jet lagged and start relaxing at The Morgan. Perfect location in Temple Bar with interests for all within easy walking distance and quick to get away for further destinations. Good sized rooms, tasty food in the restaurant and great service all around. A highlight to the trip was the seeming 24/7 super Ninja David S. Greeting me each time by name and making sure that all facets of the trip (business compounded by different family sets trying to find me) were run without a hitch. Now shift future stays here over the old fave Butler's Townhouse in Ballsbridge. Thanks again David!
"My Second Home in Dublin"
15 February 2013
I always stay here out of preference. Lovely rooms, friendly staff. Sometimes noisy in the evening, but hey, it's a boutique hotel that attracts younger people than me! The Palace Bar on Fleet Street is a stones throw away, what more could you want!? If you want quality and consistency in the centre of town, stay here. Oh, and great food. Forget the chain hotels, go "Boutique" you won't regret it.
13 February 2013
Our 2nd visit to the Morgan and was as good if not better than the 1st. Couldn't get a better located hotel and a better service. Rooms are as you would expect from a higher end hotel. Breakfast was also very good. The bar in the evening is the place to be too.. Well worth a stay.
"5 Star + Experience"
9 February 2013
I have stayed at the Morgan a number of times in business and the service and experience just keeps getting better. Dave and the staff do an excellent job in making your stay feel warm and welcome and really make you feel like a local. I am fortunate to stay in some beautiful hotels around the world and I have to say that the Morgan is up their with the best of them. Many thanks to Eddie and his staff, hope to see you soon. Tony
6 February 2013
My daughter brought me here for an overnight stay , I loved the place , ' the welcome man , the bar , the cocktails, the comfy bed , and in particular the smiling and helpful staff , the tapas, the breakfast , I can't fault this place and for me that's a first ! Well done Morgan .
"Great Hotel, Great Location"
28 January 2013
The Morgan Hotel is a fabulous modern hotel situated perfectly in the heart of Dublin City Centre. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a nice hit of chic boutique. The hotel itself is very clean and elegant and the staff provide a top class service and always want to help. The hotel allows it guests free access to the health-club and spa around the corner, which is a must visit as it is very impressive and relaxing. The location is perfect and everywhere is just a stones throw away. The cocktails at the Morgan are a must and the food is very nice too. I would definitely recommend the hotel!!! Dublin itself is very very expensive if you stick to the tourist spots like we did. I would recommend finding a locals bar outside of the centre if you want a pint for less then 8 euros
"5 Star Service"
27 January 2013
Myself & my husband stayed in this hotel last weekend as were visiting the Olympia. We didn't know what to expect as the hotel is situated in Fleet Street and we were half expecting to be awake half the night with noise but this wasn't the case at all. Our room was on the 4th floor and we had a very peaceful sleep. The room itself was lovely, quite trendy and spotless clean. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in and really didn't want to get out of it. We had tapas and vino in the lounge and both were delicious. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. Later that night we went to the bar for a night cap and it was buzzing. A special word of thanks to the very helpful receptionist who helped me out when my sat nav was sending me down one way streets. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit it again soon
"Wonderful Hotel, Excellent Location"
22 January 2013
We stayed at The Morgan to celebrate my Husbands 40th Birthday. We were so impressed with the hotel, from the moment we walked into reception we were made to feel special and very welcome.
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room and the bathroom very clean. The bed was so comfy, was an effort to drag ourselves out into the cold!
We stayed on the first floor and had no problems with noise or sleeping. Had a few niggles with the room, which were sorted within 10 minutes of reporting them to reception. All the reception staff were very friendly and helpful!
Breakfast was lovely, the choice was vast and the full Irish kept us full all day.
The vibe in the bar was very cool, Saturday night was packed! Sunday night was far more chilled so we could sit and enjoy our cocktails.
All in all we loved this hotel and would recommend it to any of our friends
"Great Cool Hotel"
13 January 2013
Have been working in Dublin the last few weeks and changed our hotel to the Morgan . Really good location and cool boutique hotel . Would definitely recommend, the bar is great and turns into a chilled out nightclub at the weekend, good food and service and lovely bedrooms .
13 January 2013
Made to feel welcome from the minute we landed. Every member of staff we passed welcomed us what a breath of fresh air that is ! When we opened the door to our suite it was wow this is amazing. Everything was immaculate and clean and everything worked ! Everything about this hotel is modern and quirky which we found a breath of fresh air. Bar was really cool and very popular as it was heaving on Sat night. Our room was at the back of the hotel so we had no issue with noise at all. That said I could imagine that if staying in a front facing room over looking temple bar it could be a different story. Would definitely return for another stay as it location is perfect for seeing Dublin attractions. Parking is discounted by the hotel but is still pricey. Great weekend and great hotel no hesitation in recommending for those who don't mind a lively and vibrant location.
"A Fantastic Hotel With Amazing Staff"
8 January 2013
I cannot recommend The Morgan enough - it is a great boutique hotel in the heart of Temple Bar.
The rooms are really comfortable and the bar very cool - it is a very stylish and modern hotel.
I stay here every other week, and each and every staff member I have met are always really polite and a pleasure to deal with - from when you check in, to the staff at breakfast, until you leave and check out. It is a pleasure to come and stay here.
"Great Time In A Great Hotel"
20 December 2012
It was my 3rd time at The Morgan this October. I really love this hotel, the location is amazing. My room was big with a huge bed and the hole room was always clean. The breakfast is super with a big selection (eggs, sausages, pudding, bacon, beans, cereals, ...) The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the Guest Relations Manager Dave Schneider, he gave me lots of cool tips for pubs, bars and stores and I like to talk to him about good old rock bands, he has a great rock & roll knowledge! :-)
I definitely will come back for a 4th time! Thank you very much for the good time.
19 December 2012
I have stayed in many hotels in Dublin, a lot of 5 star but the only hotel myself and my husband will be staying in from now on is The Morgan !! We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel bar is very cool. We enjoyed some fabulous cocktails. Our room was very cosy and comfortable. We really relaxed in the room, having tea/ coffee and snacks from the mini bar. The music selection on the TV was great too. Love the location of the hotel. We wanted to stay the next night also but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. Very good sign!!!
On a final note all staff we dealt with were very nice, pleasant with a relaxed manner.
We visit Dublin regularly and we will back be back to The Morgan very soon.
"Great Place. Woud Love To Return"
13 December 2012
A colleague and I stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Dublin for business. I have to say, It is the nicest, chicest hotel I have ever stayed in. We loved the mismatching furniture, the paintings on the elevator doors and were lucky enought to be given a tour of the Penthouse, which with its amazing rooftop terrace was beautiful.
Our stay was made all the more pleasurable by a few individuals; Dave, the Guest Relations Manager, Raj on the bar (who made fantastic cocktails) and Kerry one of the waiting staff. All were very friendly and attentive,It was much appreciated.
That being said, the whole team at The Morgan were all great, so thanks for a lovely stay.
I would certainly return to The Morgan!
"Best You Can Get In Dublin"
6 December 2012
Probably the best hotel I have ever been into in the heart of Temple Bar.We got a deluxe apartment.Large room, queen bed.Beautiful design.Restaurant was ok, there was that very nice Polish girl Karolina at the reception that was really helpful and made us feel so comfortable at the Morgan Hotel. We will be back for sure!
"Very Modern Hotel In Superb Location"
27 November 2012
I stayed at the Morgan for a weekend break with my boyfriend recently. The room was lovely, very modern with quirky marketing material offering special deals in the bar. Breakfast was delicious with an excellent choice. The bar was so busy on Sat night with a great atmosphere. Staff were very friendly especially Bevin in Reception who was most helpful. It's in a superb location and I would highly recommend it for someone who's looking for a modern hotel in the heart of Dublin City!
"A Trendy Boutique Hotel in Dublin City"
21 November 2012
I travel have travelled around the world in five and four star hotels and I know I am a nightmare with selecting hotels, it has to be right. The Morgan for me was perfect as a lone traveller I felt really comfortable in the atmosphere and the size of the hotel. The hotel looks really trendy from the outside and is in a great location, Fleet Street, Dublin 2 (Great for shopping and airport transfers. The Airbus stops just 2 mins away from the hotel so convenient) The hotel decor is luxurious and chic. The rooms are lovely with their simple clean lines and decor. I had a really great time in the hotel bar it was so cosy and comfortable. The staff have the lovely Irish fun personalities very friendly. Don’t miss this hotel it is great. I met the owner and the Director of Sales & Marketing whilst there and their passion and determination to make their visitor experience just perfect is a reflection of how I felt. I will definitely be returning.
20 November 2012
Super chic funky atmosphere. Everything from the staff in the cocktail bar to the ultra comfy bed in room was A1. Staff were exceptional especially guest manager Dave Schneider who couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Would stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to doing so again soon!
12 November 2012
Booked the morgan as a surprise girly weekend of shopping for me and a friend. great location. friendly staff. love love love the decor. we had a room at the front and was amazed how quiet it was considering the location! the room and bathroom were spotless! very impressed with everything. oh and the bed OMG so comfy ! cant wait to stay again! Defo gets our recommendation !
9 November 2012
I travel to Dublin twice a month, The Morgan is the place to stay if you are bored of the "usual" chains. This place is different. street art on the walls, furniture chosen with care, staff with personality, personal touch,...very, very smart concept.
breakfast is top notch and location,....well, it is Temple Bar!
if you want quiet, remote and solitude, this is NOT for you.
"Second Trip. Will Be Coming Back"
31 October 2012
I stayed here with my partner for one night over the bank holiday weekend and it was our second time staying here. The receptionist welcomed me back and was very friendly both checking in ad out. The hotel itself is in a prime location, Temple Bar has some really great restaurants and bars and the hotel staff are able to make a few suggestions too. The decor of the foyer is really funky and chic, a real boutique hotel. The room was just lovely - white and very clean - as was the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable too, and the design in the room was in keeping with the really cool, modern style of the hotel. All in all, I really love this hotel and would recommend it. We stayed here in May 2012 also, and we will definitely be back again.
"Amazing Hotel With Great Location"
25 October 2012
We went to Dublin and stayed at The Morgan Hotel for one night for our 6 year anniversary and had the most fabulous time! Our stay was made even better by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff particularly Alvydas who made our stay very special. The hotel bar was also fantastic, great cocktails!!
Should we return to Dublin we would go back to stay at The Morgan in a heartbeat.
Dublin was expensive in general but great for a short break.
Thanks again to the staff at The Morgan for a great stay.
"Great Trendy Hotel In Great Location"
18 October 2012
This is the 2nd time we stayed at the Morgan in 4 months. Alvydas the Assistant Front Office Manager really looked after us - he gave us a fantastic room at the back of the hotel, which is very quiet. The hotel is very trendy and buzzy, the decor and interior design is amazing (some great pieces, love to know who designed it!!). The staff and really friendly and helpful.
Alvydas recommended and booked for us great restaurants and knows the area really well.
Overall a great stay and would definitely come back to this hotel.
8 October 2012
Stayed in The Morgan a few weeks ago and LOVED IT! The decor is amazing and the staff was super helpful and lovely! Eddie, the (superhero) manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome! Our stay was short but sweet but I would gladly go again, I just wish we could have stayed for a week or two!!
"Great House Music!"
29th September 2012
I am a regular customer to Morgan Bar. The bar has excellent house music DJ that gave great music! There was also a girl that played saxophone and and guy that plays some drums. For anyone that loves quality House music, this is the place to be!
25 September 2012
Myself and my husband stay in this hotel quite frequently and would highly recommend it to anyone.. Staff are very friendly and helpful food and drink is top class and location is ideal, everything within walking distance namely shopping etc.... Absolutely perfect!!
"First Trip To Dublin"
23 September 2012
Visited Dublin in mid-July for the first time, and what an introduction. We arrived at the Morgan early, and were warmly greeted by front desk staff. They had an excellent room available for us immediately. Being in the heart of Dublin, in what I assumed was one of the older sections of the city, we were surprised at how modern a facility The Morgan is. The room was very modern, bright, comfortable, and quiet considering that right across the street was a fantastic Irish Pub, Oliver St.John Gogarty's. From The Morgan, virtually everything you want to see in Dublin is in walking distance. As a bonus, the breakfast buffet was great!!
"Amazing Hotel.Excellent Staff. Best Night's Sleep Ever!"
22 September 2012
I enjoyed the whole experience of staying at the Morgan Hotel. From check-in to check-out our time at the hotel was special. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar, a great nights sleep, a delicious breakfast.. what more could a young couple ask for!
16 September 2012
All of the staff are really nice and helpful but Dave made the family really enjoy their stay at the Morgan. We are not Ballers but Dave showed us around the hotel and showed us a suite if we decided to change our minds. ;) It is an artsy and contemporary style hotel but my family enjoyed the accommodation as a nice change of pace. The main seller is the helpful staff who can help you get around town. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection and a great staff to start your day. Live a little and give it a try.
"Couldn't Have Asked For More!"
8 September 2012
It was my second stay and I booked a one-bedroom suite - I was taken aback by the size of it and the value for money of the room itself! The bed was probably the most comfortable one I have ever slept in whilst all of the staff were extremely helpful (allowed me to store bags a good few hours before my initial check-in and also the whole day I checked out to give me an extra day in Dublin without dragging about my bags). The staff always greeted you extremely nicely and promptly dealt with any query asked of them. The hotel itself is located basically in the middle of everything - Temple Bar area - therefore you just have to walk outside the hotel and you're in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars - all at your doorstep! The breakfast has a huge selection of food and was really nice though I felt the dinner menu was slightly limited. I just love everything about this hotel - all of the quirky little things decorated throughout the hotel - from the mooning Mona Lisa on the lifts, the extravagant seats littered throughout the hotel to the randomly placed chandeliers just sitting on the floor - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and will definitely be back in the near future!
1 September 2012
Ok look no further. This hotel is right where you want to be in Dublin. Forget about all the other things you judge a hotel on, rooms, service etc those are all above par. The best and most surprising thing for me was the bar area turns into the best night club in Dublin every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, where the action comes to you! Unbelievable! Can't wait to get back.
"Another Great Stay!"
23 August 2012
Another great stay! If you want to be in the heart of Dublin & enjoy a stunning boutique hotel experience... then The Morgan Hotel is a must! We have stayed in this Hotel on numerous occasions and we just keep coming back! The Morgan has a prime location....in the centre of Temple Bar, within walking distance to the shopping districts, great bars, restaurants, tourist attractions etc.
The staff are super friendly, efficient, informative & very professional.
The rooms are clean, comfortable with modern/ chic décor .
The Bar is the place to be at the weekends . I love the atmosphere in it and the cocktails!
It’s always a pleasure to stay in the Morgan and we are looking forward to our next visit.
16 August 2012
My wife and I had a wonderful vacation experience while in Dublin, Ireland. We stayed at The Morgan. We were treated like royalty. Everything we requested was delivered faster than the other hotels that we have stayed in.
We were particularly pleased with Dave Schneider, Josephine, Bevin and Rachel. They took excellent care of us during our stay
"Excellent Hotel To Stay"
11 August 2012
Stayed at the Morgan hotel. It was excellent staff friendly ,Efficient ,and very helpful. Room of good size, fresh clean and bright, good sleep.
In city centre walking distance to main shopping areas. Also great nite life. Would highly recommend this hotel.
"My Stay in The Morgan"
28 July 2012
I found my stay in the Morgan to be a very pleasant one, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Very friendly and accommodating staff at reception. The rooms are fabulous, very modern and very well designed. My last stay in The Morgan was on a Wednesday night and even though it was a week night, their bar was still very busy. It's clearly a popular choice with local people also. Not to mention the location could not be more ideal for having a night around the town with a great selection of restaurants also. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, will be sure to stay again.
"Nice Location And Wonderful Staff"
19 July 2012
We stayed in Morgan suite for one night in the end of June. The receptionist Alvydas Sabaliauskas was very helpful and kind.Location is perfect if you want to visit pubs and have fun.We have only the best memories from that stay.
11 July 2012
I found the Morgan to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I could not fault anything. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was immaculate. The room was absolutely perfect. Surprisingly for a hotel based in the heart of lively temple bar, there was not a sound at night in the room we we allocated. I would not consider staying any where else when visiting Temple bar or Dublin again.
"Now That's What I Call Customer Service"
3 July 2012
Having agreed to meet my girlfriend at the hotel as I got delayed I was pleasantly surprised to see that she had checked in and had been presented with a cocktail while she waited for me to arrive.
We were upgraded to a suite on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised. These rooms are absolutely amazing. The beds are huge and there is a full living room area to relax.
We had a table booked in a restaurant that was just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. In fact, everything you need is 5 minutes from the hotel. Bars, Shops, restaurants are all within walking distance. We explored the bars and restaurants and arrived back to the bar around 1 AM. The bar was busy and there seemed to be a great atmosphere. We were delighted when we got back to the room that we could not hear a thing from the bar ( although than may have been thanks to the multiple Mojito's we consumed )
The breakfast area was quiet the next day but the food was as you would expect. It was hot, it tasted good, and there was plenty of choice!
The nicest touch was when we were leaving the hotel. While we starred at the rain a guy called Dave seemed to read our mind! Next thing we know, he gave us both a Morgan branded umbrella for us to take on our journey! A very nice touch indeed!
25 June 2012
"Me & my wife have just returned home from our stay in the Morgan hotel in Dublin. From check in to check out the staff made us feel so welcome. We were in Dublin for the last ever Westlife gig & got upgraded to a junior suite which made our stay even more special. The location of the hotel is right bang in the centre of all the pubs & clubs with something for everyone. To the right is the hard rock cafe & to the left is TGI Fridays. Will definitely stay here again very soon. Worth every penny."
“I loved this Boutique Hotel”
10 June 2012
"I loved the location (couldn't get any closer to the action), I thought that the front desk and restaurant/bar staff were friendly and accommodating. I liked that they had a lift for getting luggage to our room!! I loved getting together with my friends for drinks at the bar (very boutique trendy!). Our bed was comfortable, the room was elegant, the price was right...and I won't hesitate to stay here again when back in Dublin."
“The best sleep I have had in ages!”
1 June 2012
"I booked The Morgan unaware of the location when I recently came over for my business. My Irish colleagues laughed and tried to get me in elsewhere because they thought I was a bit prim for Temple Bar. They couldn't so I stayed at The Morgan. I had a lovely quiet room on the side of the hotel, I loved the decor, I asked for details of the bed it was so comfy. As a lone female business traveller I found the atmosphere and lovely beer garden very comfortable. I would not normally sit in a bar alone for fear of slimey salesmen away from home chancing their luck, but i sat out with a G and T both nights reading my book. I'll come again!"
“THE best hotel for Temple Bar”
9 May 2012
"I only stayed one night on business but I cant recommend The Morgan Hotel highly enough! Great prices, fantastic room - with balcony!!! Excellent, welcoming staff. Shame I was only there for one night, I fully intend on going back with my partner. Great spot on fleet street, right in the middle of temple bar. If you drive, the fleet street carpark is only 9 euros for the night and its directly opposite the hotel.
Honestly if you fancy a short break and a good drink on temple bar stay at the Morgan! WELL ACE"
2 May 2012
"Fab hotel, we had a great stay! Staff were so friendly especially Al who even that night in the bar was asking us were we ok etc, we got a free upgrade which was amazing.. the food was lovely and the bar staff waited on us all night so we didnt even have to go up to the bar.. we didnt go outside the hotel as it was so good in there- a dj was playing. Reception staff was so nice when we were checking in and out too..Would highly recommend anyone to stay here and we will def be back again!!!"
25 April 2012
"I stay in The Morgan everytime i am in Ireland on business, the rooms are fantastic and the bathrooms are great, i have always found the staff to be very welcoming and pleasent. I have also used the meeting facilities and cannot fault them.
I would highly reccommend this hotel."
“Perfect room, friendly staff, good bar”
10 April 2012
"Lady at Reception was more than helpful in storing our luggage while we were walking in the city, she even gave us directions. And didn't make a problem of a late checkout. She was the best.
Room was modern, clean, bed sheets pillows were comfy, really felt like home. We enjoyed a nice Guinness at the bar, too. If I come back to Dublin, I'll stay at The Morgan.
Located very central, it's in the middle of it all, walking distance. And a taxi stand right outside on the street, took us to railway station in 4 minutes for 5 euros, saved our day."
2 April 2012
"Whenever I am home in my native Ireland, I love staying at The Morgan Hotel in Dublin. I always receive fantastic service from the team. I love the vibe that surrounds the hotel. It's very central location means that I can walk whereever I want within the city. I would highly recommend this fantastic hotel to anyone."
“How can this hotel only be 4 star”
30 March 2012
"We stayed in the hotel for the first time as part of our honeymoon break and my wife's birthday. This is the first time we had stayed in this hotel and will definately not be our last! even before we had checked in we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. we arrived early and were hoping to leave our bags at the hotel while we went to explore the city and were told that we could check in straight away as our room was ready. we checked into one of the suites and it as good as the website if not better. The room was nothing short of amazing just like home from home. i can not begin to praise the hotel and it's staff enough, especially david who was more than happy to join in the fun and pose for photo's with pippo the monkey (pippo is our mascot who travels everywere with us) we would also high reccomend the tapas from the bar WOW what a choice something for everyone and big plates at very reasonable prices. and the full irish breakfast the next morning was just as good!! even after we checked out the hotel kept our bags so we could enjoy our day in the city as we were not travelling home until the evening. it felt like such ashame to leave just when we were getting to know everyone can't wait to get back and stay here again. hopefully next time we stay the hotel will have been given the 5 satr rating it truely deserves. the only thing left to say is if you are reading this reveiw do yourself a favour STOP and go and book a room in this hotel you will not be dissapointed."
“So cosy, so friendly, so sweet...”
20 March 2012
"I am going to Dublin every year, and so far stayed in a lot of hotels. I found Morgan one of the best there is in Dublin. The staff is very friendly, well mannered and helpful.
The rooms are so sweet and warm. And especially the bar they have in the hotel, very suitable for us smokers, since it is placed in the back yard.
And not to mention that the hotel is near everything.....night life, shopping centre...
Absolutely loved The Morgan :)"

"Spent 1 night on business recenttly along with 2 colleagues (3 rooms) on a very busy tuesday evening at the hotel, I am getting slightly tired of the plastic smiles and robotic welcomes but felt genuinely appreciated and welcome on arrival, a fantatstic female receptionist who could ot do enough in terms of advising me of the discounted tarriff at the adjacent multi storey car park (I was not aware!) to a special food dea that evening at the hotel, at a push I think she would have carried my bag to the room! And the room a very chic, contemporary imaginative experience with all the expected in room facilities including a real and accessible balcony to the rear of the building!
My UK colleagues tell me the bar man was very engaging and had a genuine interest in where they came from and their purpose in visiting Dublin in the first place, they were immediatley at ease, felt relaxed and welcome.
The convienience of the location slap in the centre of Dublin close to and within walking distance of the hotel makes the stay at the Morgan even more convieneient eliminating the need for taxi's etc.
Morgan Hotel now firmly No 1 on my must stay at when again in Dublin on business or pleasure, well done to all."
“Beyond expectations, amazing service!”

"If you are staying in Dublin then this is the place to be, in the heart of Temple Bar and literally 1-2 minutes walk from all that Dublin has to offer on the main streets, bus tours etc.
We arrived ridiculously early and had nowhere to go in the rain due to stupid ferry times and although we only went to the hotel to ask if we could leave our bags there until check in time we were given our room with as smile so we were able to get a couple of hours sleep before exploring Dublin.
The room was beautifully decorated, clean, extremely comfortable and spacious, the TV had plenty of choice including sky sports and UK channels such as BBC 1, 2 etc. They even left us an apple!
All restaurant, bar and reception areas of the hotel were immaculately clean and very modern.
We were there for the Wales vs Ireland rugby game and as the hotel was located in Temple Bar we were right in the middle of the atmosphere and the action.
Breakfast the next morning was generous with plenty of choice, all fresh. Once again the staff couldn't have been more accommodating.
I have stayed in many hotels through work and leisure and I am ashamed to say that I don't review as many as I should but I felt that I had to write something about to The Morgan so as it gets the credit it deserves. In many of these hotels, the staff can say 'hello' or 'have a nice stay' and it all comes across as a bit false, at this hotel that could not be further from the truth. Talking to the members staff was like talking to friends, they seemed genuinely happy to see you and genuinely concerned if there was a slight problem.
I am not sure if it is a privately run hotel or part of a chain but whoever is in charge should be very proud of each and every member of staff, they made our trip to Dublin memorable.... "
“Fun & Friendly”
8 February 2012
"I visit Dublin on business regularly, and have stayed at the Morgan around 10 times in the last 2 years. The hotel is well situated within Dublin's Temple Bar. The staff are friendly & accomodating. On my most recent visit (Feb 2012), the reception team remembered my name & provided me with a room with a balcony as they knew that this was my preference. I didnt even need to ask! I was impressed as I hadnt stayed there since March 2011. The rooms are lovely, with amazingly comfortable beds. The bar is modern & lively at the weekend - My kind of place! I would reccomend this hotel for both business & pleasure. I always reccomend the Morgan to friends who are going to Dublin, Im already looking forward to going back the next time im in town."
"Best Hotel in Temple Bar”
8 January 2012
"I can't possibly praise the Morgan and its staff highly enough. I've stayed in many Dublin hotels and the Morgan is, hands down, my favourite. The hotel is very clean, the decor is lovely, and the staff goes above and beyond to be friendly, polite and helpful. We stayed three nights. We walked in with no reservation, and were immediately given a lovely room that was quite luxurious."
“The Place to Be”

"Ireland being such a beautiful place is more then worth the visit and The Morgan in Dublin is the place to stay. The hotel has great room service and the restaurant itself downstairs serves great food The Morgan decor of the Hotel and rooms are excellent modern with a touch of antique very trendy. The staff were very accommodating and friendly (Dave, Mari and Lydia especially) which was very welcomed after traveling for the last 2 months and found most reception staff at other Hotels very unfriendly and unapproachable. Not only was it the perfect location for NYE but the Hotel itself has the most amazing bar downstairs, excellent music very fun environment. My Husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon on NYE. We found The Morgan excellent and would highly recommend this Hotel."
