The National Aquatic Centre is one of the world’s largest indoor water centres and is a great day out for adults and kids alike. Located in Blanchardstown in north-west Dublin, the aquatic centre is easily accesible from The Morgan by public transport. The National Aquatic Centre offers both swimming and diving lessons for those who wish to learn. If you forget your towel, both hand and large towels are available for purchase at the main reception area. Swimming hats are required and can also be purchased at the main reception.
The centre is comprised of a large range of facilities, including:
A 10-lane 50 metre x 25 metre international standard swimming pool with two moveable floors which will allow it to be reconfigured for other uses.
A 25 metre international standard diving pool/warm up pool.
Seating for 2,500 spectators.
Extensive leisure waters (AquaZone) including adventure water rides, with children’s play pool and wave pool.
A fitness centre (ToneZone).
Café and Reception Area.

To get to the National Aquatic Centre, you can take the bus numbers 38 or 38A from O'Connell Street in the City Centre to Snugborough Road in Blanchardstown. If you wish to drive, you can take the M50 to the centre, and you'll be there in 30 minutes.
