The theatre allows children aged 3 and over to visit, while children of all ages can be admitted to a show classified as a children’s show.

Tickets for popular shows always sell out fast, so if there's a particular show you wish to see on your Dublin break, it's well worth purchasing your tickets in advance. Tickets can be bought online or in person at the Theatre Box Office, up until 30 minutes before the show. If available, you will be able to purchase tickets the evening of the show at the box office. The opening hours for the Box Office are 11am – 6pm from Monday – Friday.
While there are no restaurant facilities on site, there are kiosks within the theatre where you can buy light food such as tea, coffee, and popcorn. The theatre is located at Grand Canal Square, which is a short 20-minute walk, or around a 12-minute bus ride, from The Morgan Hotel.
