Make the most of your visit to the City
Our Head Concierge, Adrian, has some tips on where to visit during your stay in Dublin!
Before you go anywhere, remember not to skip the most important meal of the day! Fuel up with a delicious breakfast in 10 Fleet Restaurant & Bar, before you go out to explore the city.
Your next stop, Trinity College, located just a three-minute walk from The Morgan Hotel. The world-famous Trinity College is home of the Book of Kells, an illuminated 9th century book of gospels transcribed by Irish monks whose existence is nothing short of…well…a miracle!
Once you are done, make sure to pick up a few mementos from your visit, and take a stroll down Grafton Street. Possibly Dublin’s most buzzing thoroughfare, Grafton Street is home to many trendy, upmarket stores, street buskers and a plethora of places to grab lunch in the sun (if you’re lucky!)
Then make your way to the nearby Dublin Castle, which was the seat of the British government until Ireland gained its independence. You can do a self-guided tour of the inside, but the guided tour will grant you access to a lot more.
No trip to Dublin is complete, without a visit to the Guinness Storehouse. This self-guided museum-like experience ends with complimentary pint of the black stuff in the Gravity Bar, offering a stunning 360 degree of Dublin City.
Then it is time to dine. 10 Fleet Street Restaurant & Bar is waiting for you to rest and relax after a busy day of sight-seeing. Unwind from the hustle and bustle of Temple Bar and sample our unique and memorable dishes as well as some of the capital's most delicious cocktails. Finish the night off with some of the enchanting music and the craic of our Temple Bar neighbourhood.
