The Morgan Hotel is located on Fleet Street - right in the centre of Temple Bar - one of Ireland’s most visited tourist destinations and a must see on your list. World-famous tourist attractions such as Trinity College, Christchurch Cathedral and the historic GPO are all less than one kilometre away.

Check-in is from 3pm each day. If you arrive early we can certainly store your luggage for you until your room is ready.

Yes, you will need to request this when booking your stay or you can request at reception when checking-in. There may be a charge for this request.
Is your Hotel suitable for families and younger guests?
Yes absolutely, The Morgan Hotel is an ideal base for families to explore our Capital City. Children under 12 can enjoy comlimentary Breakfast in 10 Fleet Street, when accompanied with their parents dining on a Bed & Breakfast Package. If you are travelling with younger guests, please contact us in advance and we can arrange a baby cot/crib for infants up to 3 years old, to be in your room at no additional charge. For children over 3 years old we can organise for an extra bed to be added to your room, at a supplement cost per night.

What time is breakfast?
Breakfast at The Morgan runs from 8:00am-10:00am Monday- Friday, and from 8:00am-11:00am on weekends and Bank Holidays. An à-la-carte menu is offered. We would ask that guests make a reservation for breakfast at the time of check-in, as part of our commitment to COVID-19 prevention. This ensures reduced queues, and adherence to social distancing measures.
What procedures are in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) when checking-in and out of the hotel?
Rest assured that the Hotel is taking stringent procedures in relation to the prevention of the spread of COVID-19. The Morgan Hotel is accredited by the Fáilte Ireland Covid-19 Safety Charter. The following actions have been taken by the Hotel, and will be reviewed based upon further recommendations by the Government & The HSE:
• A hygiene station is available on arrival at the hotel, with two hygiene stations on the ground floor and hand sanitiser at each lift lobby.
• Perspex screens have been installed at our Reception desk.
• Currently, cash is not accepted on the premises. Card machines are disinfected between use.
• Pre-bookings will be taken for breakfast at the time of check-In
• We encourage guests to telephone our Reception Team with any queries during their stay. Our 24hr concierge is available by phone.
• Our Reception Desk area is disinfected hourly.
• Social distance markers and have been put in place in our Reception and Lobby areas, to control check-in queues and general crowding, and there is a one way system in place.
What actions has the Hotel taken to control the risks of COVID-19 in my guestroom?
The following actions have been taken by the Hotel, and will be reviewed based upon further recommendations by the Government & The HSE:
• All key “touch-points” within guestrooms will be disinfected and sanitised between stays; e.g. doors, door handles, light switches, appliances (such as kettle, iron, hairdryer etc.), countertops and desk areas.
• Non-essential items have been removed from our rooms.
• Room keys are sanitised after each stay.

Is there parking at the hotel?
The Morgan Hotel offers parking at Fleet Street multi storey car park next door to The Morgan Hotel.
As a resident of The Morgan Hotel you can avail of the following car-parking charges:
Evening rate (valid for 1 visit from 6pm to 9am) - €12.00 – Payable at the carpark
24 hour pass (valid for 1 visit up to 24 hrs from the time of entry) – discounted to €19 for Morgan Hotel guests payable at the car park – please collect a discounted ticket from reception and insert this into the ticket machine at the car park
Hourly rate €3.60
Please note that the Fleet Street car park is currently opening between 06:00 and 01:00 and there is no access outside of these times.

Europcar on Mark Street is a ten-minute walk. Dublin airport also has a car rental service, but there may be a delay in waiting for a rental car.

There are numerous transport facilities available to get to The Morgan Hotel. Both the Red Luas line and the Green Line are within walking distance, multiple Dublin Bus routes pass by Temple Bar (please see a list of bus numbers below) and there is an Aircoach stop 2 minutes from The Morgan Hotel.
What buses do you take from Dublin Airport to get to the Hotel?
Dublin Buses are available from 6am to 11pm each day with regular routes per hour. If you are travelling from Dublin Airport to The Morgan Hotel the number 700, 747 and 16 bus are available throughout the day. If you are traveling from The Morgan Hotel to Dublin Airport the number 700 bus leaves from Westmoreland street (a 2 minute walk from The Morgan Hotel) with a direct route to the Airport.
How long will a taxi journey from Dublin Airport take?
A taxi will take approximately 20-30 minutes from Dublin Airport to our hotel, this is without traffic. Please allow extra time in your schedule for traffic. The cost of a taxi will vary, the driver-average fee will range from €35- €50 depending on traffic and the number of passengers.

This route is not accessible by the Luas at the moment.
Can I get the Luas from Heuston Train Station to the Hotel?
Yes, the Red Line is located right outside the train station. Get off at the Abbey Street stop; The Morgan Hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from Abbey Street.
Can I get the Aircoach to The Morgan Hotel from Dublin Airport?
Yes. There is an Aircoach stop on Westmoreland Street (this is less than a 2-minute walk from The Morgan Hotel). There are various times available online, please check out the Aircoach website for more information.
