City Centre Car Park

Traffic management measures are being implemented on the north quays at Bachelors Walk and on the South Quays on Burgh Quay and Aston Quay (diagrams below). The hours of operation for these new restrictions will be 7am to 7pm Monday to Sunday.

There are no changes to disabled bays, loading bays or taxi ranks.

Via the South Quay’s

Travel along Burgh Quay, left onto D’Olier Street, right onto College Street, right ontoWestmoreland Street, left onto Fleet Street set down area. Exit remains the same. Link to explanation on map below.

 Travel along Bachelors Walk, left onto O’ Connell Street, left onto Parnell Street, right onto Parnell Square West, right onto Parnell Square North, straight onto Great Denmark Street, right onto Hill Street, straight onto Cumberland Street North, right onto Cathal Brugha Street, left onto O’ Connell Street, across O’ Connell Bridge onto D’ Olier Street, right onto College Street, right onto Westmoreland Street, left onto Fleet Street.

Coming from The M50

• Exit the M50 at Junction 7 Palmerstown and continue on the Chapelizod bypass
• Continue down the Con Colbert Road/Chapelizod bypass
• Continue onto St. John’s Road West until you reach Heuston Station
• Turn onto Wolfe Tone Quay
• Continue straight along the quays (Ellis, Arran, Inns, Ormond)
• Follow the road onto Bachelor’s Walk and continue past O’Connell Bridge
• Continue onto Eden Quay and follow the road left onto Beresford Place at Liberty Hall
• Stay on the road around the Custom House and then cross over the Liffey at the Talbot Memorial Bridge
• At the end of the bridge, turn right onto George’s Quay and continue on straight through Aston Quay until you reach D’Olier Street
• Turn right onto D’Olier Street and follow the flow of traffic, continuing onto College Street and then turn right onto Westmoreland Street
• Turn left 200m down Westmoreland Street onto Fleet Street
• The Morgan is located 140m

Coming from The Port Tunnel/Dublin Airport

• When exiting the Airport follow the signs for the M1
• Continue on the M1 on to the M50, entering into the Port Tunnel
• Follow the signs to exit the Port Tunnel onto the R131/East Wall Road
• Continue on this road until you reach a roundabout. Take the 2nd exit onto North Wall Quay
• Continue on straight until you reach the Talbot Memorial Bridge and turn left onto the bridge
• At the end of the bridge, turn right onto George’s Quay and continue on straight through Burgh Aston Quay until you reach D’Olier Street
• Turn right onto D’Olier Street and follow the flow of traffic, continuing onto College Street and then turn right onto Westmoreland Street
• Turn left 200m down Westmoreland Street onto Fleet Street
• The Morgan Hotel is located 140m down Fleet Street on the right-hand side. Fleet Street Car park is located across the road on the left

Coming from the South of the city (N11)

• Exit onto the N11 and continue on straight heading towards the city centre
• At Donnybrook Bus Garage, turn left onto Anglesea Road
• Continue down Anglesea Road past the RDS and turn left onto Merrion Road
• Continue on straight onto Pembroke Road and then Northumberland Road
• Right turn onto Lincoln Place and then turn left onto Westland Row
• Continue on straight and then turn left on Pearse Street
• Veer left onto Tara Street and then turn left on George’s Quay and continue on straight through Burgh Aston Quay until you reach D’Olier Street
• Turn right onto D’Olier Street and follow the flow of traffic, continuing onto College Street and then turn right onto Westmoreland Street
• Turn left 200m down Westmoreland Street onto Fleet Street
• The Morgan Hotel is located 140m down Fleet Street on the right-hand side. Fleet Street Car park is located across the road on the left
