All of our gift vouchers have a unique voucher number
An original voucher must be presented on check-in
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable
Vouchers are valid for 6 or 60 months from the date of an issue depending on the voucher type
Redemption of vouchers is strictly subject to availability
You must notify the reservations team on making your booking that you are in possession of a gift voucher
Terms & conditions are subject to change
Terms & conditions may vary depending on whether you have purchased your voucher online or you are using a paper voucher.
